Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HeliClaw AI Employee Platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Hunan Zisu Yuezhang Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("HeliClaw", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HeliClaw provides an AI-powered analytics and operational assistance platform for e-commerce sellers. With your explicit authorization, the Service can connect to your Amazon store through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to retrieve store data and generate insights, reports, and recommendations.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for authorizing access to your third-party store accounts.
• You may revoke store authorizations at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable policy.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Misuse Amazon data in violation of Amazon's policies.

Certain features are offered on a credit-based or subscription basis. Pricing is described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. For Amazon store data accessed through the SP-API, we comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Solution Provider Agreement.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by HeliClaw and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your data and the outputs generated for you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeliClaw shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
