Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hunan Zisu Yuezhang Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("HeliClaw", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and deletes data when you use the HeliClaw AI Employee Platform and related services available at heliclaw.ai. It applies to all users, including Amazon selling partners and advertisers who authorize HeliClaw to access their store data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and their advertising data through the Amazon Advertising API (Ads API).

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email address, organization, and login credentials.
• Amazon store data (via SP-API), upon your explicit authorization: orders, inventory, listings, pricing, financial and settlement reports, and brand/marketplace analytics, including the aggregated Sales and Traffic business report (ordered units, ordered product sales, sessions, page views and Buy Box percentage, per ASIN and per day). We request only the API roles necessary to provide our services. See our Analytics Features page for how each dataset is used.
• Amazon advertising data (via the Amazon Advertising API), upon your explicit authorization: advertising accounts and profiles, campaigns, ad groups, keywords and targets, budgets and bids, and performance reports (e.g., impressions, clicks, spend, sales, ACOS, and search-term reports). We use this data solely to provide advertising analytics, optimization recommendations, and, where you approve, campaign management actions on your behalf.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and feature usage needed to operate and improve the service.

We do not request or process buyer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as buyer names, shipping addresses, or contact details unless we obtain the necessary restricted-role approval from Amazon and your separate consent.

• To provide AI-powered analytics, reporting, and operational assistance for your store.
• To generate insights, optimize listings, and improve advertising efficiency.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We use Amazon Information solely to provide and improve services to you. We do not use it for our own benefit, do not sell it, and do not share it with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure located in Hong Kong, China (Alibaba Cloud). Each tenant's data is logically isolated. We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

• Encryption in transit using TLS, and encryption at rest using AES-256.
• Credentials and tokens (e.g., SP-API refresh tokens) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
• Role-based access control and strict multi-tenant data isolation.
• Least-privilege access, audit logging, and continuous monitoring.
• An incident response and data breach notification process.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law. We never share Amazon Information with unauthorized parties.

You may disconnect your Amazon store authorization at any time, which revokes our access. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at heli@heliclaw.ai. Upon a valid request, or upon account termination, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law. Amazon Information is deleted in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact heli@heliclaw.ai.

For Amazon store data accessed through the SP-API, we comply with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP), and the Solution Provider Agreement. For advertising data accessed through the Amazon Advertising API, we comply with the Amazon Ads API License Agreement, the Amazon Ads Agreement, and the Amazon Advertising Data Protection Policy. We access advertising data only for accounts that have explicitly authorized HeliClaw, use it only to provide services to that customer, and never use it for our own advertising or resell it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
